You will receive a comprehensive workout and nutrition program, tailored specifically to your goals, medical concerns, preferences, and schedule. Workouts are changed according to your fitness goals, but will never remain the same for longer than 3 or 4 weeks. All programs are sent via email. Body measurements are taken every 2 weeks at the clients’ residence.
If you are not local, it is your responsibility to log in the training, take body measurements, progress pictures and weight on a weekly basis and submit the data to me for progress tracking, as well as to know if program changes must be implemented.
