Training sessions are conducted in an outside environment, such as a park or other recreational area. The location is up to the client. I bring the equipment and any equipment the client wishes to incorporate. The type of training (plyometric, cardiovascular, moderate resistance training, etc.) is dictated by the client’s goals and preference. Nutrition program provided at no extra charge.
