Training sessions can range from 30 – 60 minutes, depending on the client’s program. Sessions are conducted at a private studio, not a commercial gym. Includes additional workout programs and a nutrition program.
FOR WOMEN ONLY. I travel to the clients’ home, utilizing my own equipment, the client’s equipment if she has any, or a combination of both. I like to use as much of the client’s equipment so that they are able to keep up with a program when I am not present. Includes additional workout program and a nutrition program.
Training sessions are conducted in an outside environment, such as a park or other recreational area. The location is up to the client. I bring the equipment and any equipment the client wishes to incorporate. The type of training (plyometric, cardiovascular, moderate resistance training, etc.) is dictated by the client’s goals and preference. Includes additional workout program and a nutrition program.
As your coach I will guide you through all of the phases in preparation for your desired competition(s). Services include workout program(s), diet(s), weekly posing and conditioning sessions, and a discount on personal training sessions. Personal training sessions must be purchased separately —
